The last race of the championship of Formula 1 2014 will have the double score to increase the struggles in the championship.

This point system was decided by the FIA Motorsport Council arguing what is “to increase the struggles of the championship until the last race.”
This method points apply to both: drivers and constructors. This means that the winner will get 50 points, second 36 and so on in the rest of the top 10 scores.
If this system had been implemented before, Fernando Alonso could have won in 2012, and the same would have happened to Felipe Massa in 2008, losing the championship with Hamilton.
The history of Formula 1 may give a radical change
