Spanish driver will race today with the Penske #12 car due to the impossibility of Will Power to race because of stomach illness, anyway he set the pole position for today’s race. Servià will start from last positión.
41 years old driver Oriol Servià finished today 9th on the warm up, his first training session for today’s race. Will Power set yesterday the best time with the #12 Chevy, but that car will start today from last position and with the Spanish driver Sevià on the wheel. Power is unable to race due to nausea.
All drivers win one place on the starting grid, being now French driver Simon Pagenaud the new pole sitter.
