The Prema Powerteam driver, Esteban Ocon has taken the pole position for the second and third race of FIA Formula Three European Championship in Silverstone, during the second qualifying of the season.
The Fortec Motorsport drivers have started to dominate the second qualifying with Mitchell Gilbert. After 7 minutes of the start of the session the Prema’s cars went to the track and Jon Bryant-Meisner (Fortec Motorsports) took the top of the table.
Antonio Fuoco (Fortec Motorsports) with 9 minutes to go up at 1st place but then, his teammate Esteban Ocon did the best time in all the sectors and close the lap at P1.
The Prema’s dominates was impressive, Ocon improve again his lap time in front of Fuoco, Latifi and Van de Laar at Top 4. But, the fastest in Qualifying 1, Tom Blomqvist (Jagonya Ayam with Carlin) breaks the supremacy of the Italians squad taking the second position with 6 minutes to go.
The times were leaving and the Frenchman Esteban Ocon sets with 1 minute to go another fastest lap: 1.51.322 the time that give the pole for race 2 and race 3.
Remember the race 1 of FIA F3 European Championship will start tomorrow at 11:20 CET Time.
