Looks like a GP2 or GP3 article but not, World Series by Renault organization has sanctioned some drivers after Sunday’s races in Formula Renault 3.5 Series and Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0.

Sunday’s evening was a busy one for World Series by Renault marshals who had to penalize some drivers after Nürburgring Race’s 2 in the two principal series of the event: Formula Renault 3.5 Series and Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0.

In Formula Renault 3.5 Series, the man who lead the whole race but missed that due to strategy, was penalized with 25 seconds, losing from fourth to ninth position, due to pit stop out of pit window.

Then in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, Ukyo Sasahara didn’t respect a lot the track limits and his consistency doing that at chicane NGK, made him lost from seventh to eight position after 5 seconds of penalty.

Finally, when Eurocup race finished, Anton de Pasquale crashes heavily into another driver and make him fly and lay down him at turn 1. The Koiranen GP driver received a 4-place-penalty for the starting grid at Race 1 in Le Mans next week.
