The young Japanese driver, part of the Honda young drivers program, arrives in Europe in GP3 Series with ART Grand Prix.
At only 19-year-old, Fukuzumi will make his debuts in Europe after securing a 4th place in the Japanese F3 championship in 2015 with four podiums and two victories in Motegi.
He will make his debuts in GP3 with ART Grand Prix, current champions of the category, the one he did post-season testing at Abu Dhabi and got good sensations with.

I think it will be a challenging year for me in a new environment and with a lot to learn but I will do what I can to get the best possible result at every race.
