Mercedes AMG Petronas confirms that like last year, they will launch his car at Circuito de Jerez de la Frontera in 28 January, when the pre-season will start.
The German squad is already ready for 2014 F1 season, not like Lotus who will not take place in Jerez.
Mercedes, with Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg as a official drivers and Sam Bird as a reserve driver, are looking to achieve his third Driver’s championship (the last one was Fangio in 1995) and his first Constructor’s championship in the history of the Stuttgart manufacture.
Since Mercedes back in Formula 1 at 2010, the team was improving and now is the principal rival of Red Bull, with changes at F1 regulations; everything is possible, because everyone starts with 0 points in the championship.
