The Formula 1 team of Mercedes has published its accounts for 2025, with confirmed revenues of £633.4 million and £125 million in dividends for its shareholders, according to documents submitted to Companies House.
The group accounts of Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Limited correspond to the year ending December 31, 2025, a period in which the team achieved second place in the constructors’ championship after overcoming a difficult time with the ground effect.
Revenues have increased by £1.3 million compared to 2024, mainly due to more than £415 million from sponsorship and licensing. The annual profit after taxes has been £125.9 million, compared to £116.9 million from the previous year.
The operating profit, considered the main indicator for management, has risen to £166.7 million, an increase from the previous £156.2 million. “This solid commercial profitability, along with cost control, has led to an annual profit after tax of £125.9 million“, the executives indicate in their report.
Sponsors and new visibility
In the submitted document, 24 team partners for 2025 are detailed, with new contracts with adidas, Meta AI, and Nasdaq. On the other hand, the team reduced its media visibility, dropping from 15.5% in 2024 to 13.2% in 2025, a decline attributed to competition with McLaren, which captured 24% of the television coverage.
In November 2025, George Kurtz, founder of CrowdStrike, acquired a minority stake in the team, while it is expected that the construction of two new facilities in Brackley will be completed in the second half of 2026.
Current team positions
The accounts of McLaren Racing Limited, presented on September 30, record revenues of £588.5 million, compared to £488.4 million from 2024, but with a loss of £17.4 million in the same period.
As of today, Mercedes leads the 2026 constructors’ championship with 578 points, with a margin of 134 points over Ferrari. Driver Kimi Antonelli is 102 points ahead of George Russell in the drivers’ standings, prior to the United States Grand Prix race in Austin, from October 23 to 25.
The team principal, Toto Wolff, has stated that both vehicles are likely to bring their final update to the Circuit of the Americas, which they expect will improve their performance during the competition.
