Marc Márquez takes another win in Jerez. Just Pedrosa can follow him in the championship but today the Castellar del Vallès driver has a lot of problems during the early laps and just took the third place behind Rossi who finished once again at podium. Let’s have a look what they said:
1st Marc Márquez, Repsol Honda Team: “I’m really happy. It’s a different victory because my level, the level of Dani, Jorge and Valentino was so close but I don’t know why on the race I feel good of course front was a little bit critical but anyway I was able to open some gap and I push because in the end I know that Dani is so strong. Is a special victory, we‘re in a good moment.”
2nd Valentino Rossi, Movistar Yamaha Factory: “I’m very, very happy because Jerez is one of my favourite’s circuits and one of my favourite’s weekends also for the people about the track. We worked very well during the weekend we improve the bike also this morning, I knew that I could be quite competitive for the race but the conditions for the race were very difficult for everybody. Our pace is a little slower. At the end when Dani arrives I know he was a little bit faster but I give the maximum.”
3rd Daniel Pedrosa, Repsol Honda Team: “Very hard race from beginning, I was on forth place and I couldn’t control the bike very well at the beginning, so I stay all the race behind the Yamahas, I just manage to stay there, at the end I manage to overtakes Jorge and get closer to Valentino with two laps to go it was really close. Unfortunately not was the best today.”
