Alessio Lorandi will be entering the 2015 Zandvoort Formula 3 Masters scheduled for the next 20th of September at the renowned Dutch venue. The 16-year-old driver will line-up for the world-famous event aboard the Volkswagen-powered Dallara prepared by Van Amersfoort that he already races in the FIA F.3 European championship.
The European series has been at Zandvoort this season, although the Masters will feature the use of Kumho tires instead of Hankook ones.
It will be a new challenge in an extremely high-profile event that features many of F1’s greatest stars in its roll of honour, including David Coulthard, Jos e Max Verstappen, Takuma Sato, Lewis Hamilton, Christian Klien, Paul Di Resta, Nico Hulkenberg, Valtteri Bottas and the sadly-missed Jules Bianchi.
