Swiss Kevin Jörg set fastest time in the second practice ahead of Moscow Raceway round. Second time set by Nyck de Vries (Koiranen GP), third time belong to Aurélien Panis (ART Junior Team).

During session was few yellow flags, after Matt Parry stopped in the 3d corner, what was cause red flag. But car safely returned to the track, and after a little redecoration was able to show the best time. So many times first place were changed, including Matevos Isaakyan and Egor Orudzhev. But on the improvement of the track, many drivers had to overtake both Russians. As a result, Matevos Isaakyan (JD Motorsport) stayed at the 20th place, and his compatriot Egor Orudzhev (Tech 1 Racing) finish fourth.
Matt Parry after his mistake finishes session on 14th place in the overall results. Few minutes in the session first time was of French driver Anthoine Hubert (Tech 1 Racing), but finally his time is only fifth. Best time second practice showed by Kevin Jorg is fastest time of the day, because he can beat morning time of Orudzhev more than on 1 second.
South Africans Callan O’Keeffe set 10th time in the session – 1:32:820.
