It has been a difficult morning in Jerez, with the presentation of Force India, Red Bull and Mercedes. Caterham couldn’t reveal his car due to some mechanical issues, they are still working on it.
Only Mercedes, Toro Rosso and Ferrari have set a time this morning, but the W05 also had problems, in fact, the front wing has shattered in the main straight, and Hamilton could do nothing to brake or steer (similar to Fernando Alonso in Malaysia 2013). Lewis Hamilton is unhurt, but the car cannot say the same.
Ferrari also had some issues, and they have asked Kimi to stop the car precautionary. In Force India, the VJM07 of Sergio Perez also stopped on track, but we still do not know why.
