This situation becomes critical as Haas has suffered a drop in performance recently, losing points in the last five races and seeing how its initial strong start to the season, with standout results from Oliver Bearman, such as a seventh place in Melbourne and a fifth in China, starts to fade.
Komatsu acknowledges that the competitiveness of his team does not reflect a lack of capability, but rather the need for investments that allow for the creation of an adequate work environment. “It wouldn’t be fair to our workers to be subjected to this restriction,” he added, showing his determination to secure the necessary resources to improve the team’s performance in the future.
