PROTYRE MOTORSPORT GINETTA GT CHAMPIONSHIP
The title battle is heating up in the Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT Championship heading to the halfway point of the season this weekend, with only 16 points separating Cameron Pratt-Thompson, Harry Gamble and William Antrobus at the top of the PRO standings.
Ahead of the GT Championship’s first-ever visit to Croft, Gamble and Antrobus have shared the race victories so far this season. An ultra-consistent campaign for Pratt-Thompson makes him the driver to beat in the PRO points though, while Alex Duncan holds the advantage in the AM category.
GINETTA JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP POWERED BY SUNOCO RACE FUELS
Six wins from the opening nine races has built Lewis Goff a healthy 64-point advantage at the top of the Ginetta Junior Championship powered by Sunoco Race Fuels standings, as we prepare to cross the halfway point of a captivating 2026 season at Croft.
The chasing pack are determined to close the gap to Goff though, with big points on offer across four races this weekend. The chief competition includes race-winners Harry Bartle and Harrison Mackie, reigning Winter Series champion Jesse Phillips and manufacturer-backed talent Jacob Ashcroft and Melvin Kalousdian.
GINETTA GT ACADEMY
The Ginetta GT Academy is set to reach its landmark 100th race this weekend, as the championship races at Croft for the first time. Luis Beilicke and Tom Walker head to North Yorkshire as the drivers to beat in the rookie and GTA classes respectively.
Beilicke hit the ground running with a superb run of five overall wins in a row, while Walker is currently on a run of four consecutive GTA class victories. They haven’t had it all their own way though, with Ian Beaumont, Joe Ostholthoff, Will Fallon and Lucas Theo amongst a talented grid battling for top honours.
