The Frenchman wins the Race 1 in Hungaroring, Hungary of the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup; followed by another French driver, Esetban Ocon, and Nick de Vries, Mclaren Formula 1 young driver.
The race start did in wet conditions and started with the Safety car in the track during 3 laps. When Safety Car went in, Ocon overtook Rowland and up to P2. The same Rowland tries to overtake the ART Junior driver at the end of the race but he went off between Jake Dennis and downs to P8 and De Vries up to P3.
P4 was Egor Ourdzhev after an incredible comeback from P11 in the starting grid. Another great comeback is what Ghiotto did, from P15, finished in P6.
Now Gasly is leading the championship with 4 points of distance.
