FP3, Nico Rosberg wants third pole in a row

On the first mid of the session, Sebastian Vettel scored the fastest time of the day with soft tyres (1:15.261), just 20 thousand of a second ahead of Nico Rosberg, and three tenths ahead of Lewis Hamilton. The first 30 minutes of practice have not been very interesting in terms of extracting conclusions about the pace of best teams, because everybody has been testing different things and settings on the cars.

The second mid of the session was full of incidents. Felipe Massa had a very strange accident in turn one, hitting the left wall after blocking front tyre, and then going into the barrier of Ste Devote. It looked like a problem in the car, although Felipe Massa said that he just blocked his tyres. The session was red flagged for a few minutes and, when it was restarted, Adrian Sutil also had an accident, the german driver crashed into the wall of Massenet, after blocking rear tyres on the braking. After this, we have seen a lot of little mistakes for a lot of drivers, like Nico Rosberg, who almost hit the wall on his fastest lap. The only drivers who seem to have completed a full lap almost perfect with supersoft are Nico Rosberg and Romain Grosjean, who had an accident on St Devote again, when there were two minutes remaining for the end. This accident caused a red flag and the session was over, so the qualifying session is now unpredictable.
