A 2018 full of changes in the structure of FormulaRapida.net, which becomes a company this year. New personnel joins the project founded by Arnau Viñals.
New team
This year the team will have new faces in its structure. Alex Garcia, a recognised journalist at national level specialised in Japanese categories and commentator for Motorsport TV and Bein Sports, joins the team as editorial director.
Another stellar signing is that of graphic designer Sarah Sahadin, well known precisely for her motorsport designs.
The team will also count with the incorporations of journalism students from the UAB, Andrea Vargas and Arnau Montserrat, along with Ferran Junyent from UVic.
Formula Ràpida will maintain its initial spirit with the continuation of Guillermo Moreno and Eric Calduch as sub-directors of the editorial team. Ramon López also remains as the corrector. Adrià Santos, team manager of the karting team, will take care of the new Formula 1 History section, while the internationals Romain Tamburrino and Maite González will continue as editors in foreign languages.
We will also have the collaboration of Ana María Mercado, Judith Alcaraz, Bernat Viñals, Iván Agea, Víctor Forner and Quim Ferré.

We will continue our extensive reporting of the junior categories, but we will also cover new ones at a global level such as NASCAR, the World Superbike, IMSA (24 hours of Daytona), Blancpain GT Series, the TCR World Championship (WTCR). We will also provide an in-depth analysis of the world of rallies and go-karting.
Unique content
Our experts will provide you with a new level of racing knowledge and opinion that you have never had before: analysis, contrasted opinions, previews, driver statements, summaries of the weekend and much more!
Formula Rapida TV
In 2018, the Formula Rapida team will no longer work from home, but from the offices located in Granollers, a town near the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. A space where in addition to the writing we will have a television set where a program will be broadcasted on Sunday night with informative content, analysis and debates with experts on these sports.
Arnau Viñals, CEO and founder of Formula Rápida, is excited about this new facet of the project:
“After a final year with a considerable increase in visits and having already been on the Formula 1 and MotoGP paddocks, becoming a professional company was the logical step: people from the old team and new editors, together with great motorsport journalists, will make FormulaRapida.net the strongest independent project in Spain”.
