After two months without GP3 races (last one in Italy) Gp3 series moves to Abu Dhabi in the last 2013 round. GP3 title fight is still open. Forty eight points, is the points that drivers will be fighting for. Six drivers still have the chance to become GP3 Champion.
Every sesion is important this weekend, it is something that this drivers now. Regalia and Kvyat (after his Tororosso sign) are the favourites, but the other drivers as Korjus, Daly, Harvey and Ellinas could give the surprise and take the prize.
In the first part of the practice sesion the fastest was Kvyat with a big gap with the second Carlos Sainz. Both Red Bull Jr Drivers has been very active during the sesion. In the second part of the sesion drivers started to drive with the used tyres, anyway timelap was better at the same time the track was getting better conditions. Finally at the end of the sesion Kvyat and Sainz put new tyres and get again the first positions (P1 and P3). Sims was second while Regalia has decided another tactics more conservative for the weekend and he is keeping forces and tyres for the qualifying.
On Saturday will be the qualifying where will be the first fight for the first points during this weekend, every small points add at the end of the championship. It could be decisive. It is very important too to be in the first positions of the qualifying and to qualify in the 8 first positions during first race to be still in the fight on Sunday. Drivers mind will be decisive during this weekend.
