Rosberg finally gets the pole position

Nico Rosberg breaks the streak of poles harvested by Lewis Hamilton at the Grand Prix of Spain and come out first ahead of his fellow Englishman. Sebastian Vettel will start third. Sainz gets a spectacular fifth place, Alonso will start thirteenth and Merhi gets the last position.


Green light to begin the classification of the Grand Prix of Spain at Montmelo circuit. The drivers were reluctant to leave until Merhi broke the silence and gradually more of them were on track although with different tyre choice.
