F1 Manager 2024 launch date for July has been set as details of the game and its new features is revealed.
Formula 1 and Frontier Developments have today announced that F1 Manager 2024 will launch on Tuesday 23 July, featuring the new ‘Create A Team’ mode and the return of the popular ‘Race Replay’ feature. In this year’s edition of F1 Manager, players will have the opportunity to design their own constructor to compete in the Championship, bringing their team to life with customisable livery and logo creation tools.
Players will have total control over their team’s journey towards the grid, whether they choose to enter as a total newcomer or with an all-star line-up. Off the track, Team Principals will also have to manage sponsorship deals, engagement opportunities, and attract future support.
F1 Manager 2024 will also see the introduction of the ‘Mentality System’ giving players a greater understanding than ever before on the personal ambitions and characters of their team and how the culture of the team is created. Another new addition to this year’s game is the ‘Affiliates’ programme, allowing young drivers to continue their careers in F2 and F3 whilst receiving training and development from the F1 team to prepare them for the future.
The new system gives players the chance to plan ahead for the upcoming seasons to ensure they are in the best possible position to progress through the F1 pyramid. The popular ‘Race Replay’ mode will also return in F1 Manager 2024, with aspiring Team Principals putting their decision-making skills to the test and re-writing some of the key moments from the real-life 2024 FIA Formula One World Championship.
When managing their team on-track, players can choose to watch the action unfold from a range of immersive camera angles including heli-cam, visor-cam, onboard, and trackside, bringing to life the realism of the racing on-screen.
