F1 asked the fans to vote their 10 best races of the decade, 2010-2019, where this year’s German GP topped over the 2011 Canadian GP.

F1 compiled the Top 10 races of the decade, 2010-2019, as per the fans vote, where this year’s German GP was voted as the best among the lot. The race at Hockenheim was won by Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen with rain playing a huge role.

Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel fought through the grid to be second as the F1 returning Daniil Kvyat rounded out the podium for Toro Rosso, after retirements to Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas, while Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton also had a crash.

The second-best was 2011 Canadian GP, which was won by McLaren’s Jenson Button – another rain-soaked grand prix. The Brit had fought his way through from last to win the longest-ever F1 race over Red Bull’s Vettel and Mark Webber.

Third in the list was 2019 Brazil GP, where Red Bull’s Verstappen took the win from Toro Rosso’s Pierre Gasly and Mercedes’ Hamilton. The British, though, lost the podium position which promoted McLaren’s Carlos Sainz to third, after a crazy crash-filled grand prix.

The 2012 Brazil GP was fourth, where Red Bull’s Vettel took his third F1 title with Ferrari’s Alonso losing out despite finishing second to McLaren’s Button, with Ferrari’s Felipe Massa in third. After spinning at the start, Vettel climbed up to sixth, in the end.

In fifth was the 2012 European GP at Valencia, where Ferrari’s Alonso took the win from 11th on the grid, with Lotus’ Kimi Raikkonen second and Mercedes’ Michael Schumacher third – which is the last F1 podium for the German of his career.

The 2017 Azerbaijan GP was ranked as the sixth-best due to famous spat between Hamilton and Vettel under the safety car period, for which the German was heavily criticised and penalised. The crash-filled race saw Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo winning.

Mercedes’ Valtteri Bottas snatched second from Williams’ Lance Stroll on the finish line, but the Canadian secured his first and so far only F1 podium. The 2018 German GP at Hockenheim was seventh in the list, which saw Ferrari’s Vettel crash from the lead.

It had Mercedes’ Hamilton charge through the field from 14th to win ahead of Bottas as Ferrari’s Raikkonen was third under greasy conditions towards the end. In eighth was the 2010 Australian GP, won by McLaren’s Button in tricky conditions with multiple crashes.

Renault’s Robert Kubica was second with Ferrari’s Massa third. It was Kubica’s last F1 season before the horrific crash ahead of 2011, which kept him away from the sport for nearly a decade. The 2014 Bahrain GP was voted as the ninth-best.

It saw Mercedes duo duel hard in the desert with Hamilton winning from Nico Rosberg – at a time when their friendship wasn’t that bad. Force India’s Sergio Perez was third after fending off teammate Nico Hulkenberg and Red Bull’s Ricciardo.

The final race in the list is the 2014 Hungarian GP, where Red Bull’s Ricciardo took the win in tricky conditions after a supreme drive as Ferrari’s Alonso slotted in second and Mercedes’ Hamilton in third, despite having started from the pitlane.
