With a week remaining for the F1 2025 season to get started, FormulaRapida.net has compiled the stats list from the three-day Bahrain test.
The F1 2025 season is now pretty much well upon us after the three day pre-season test in Bahrain ended last week. It has been a well-documented affair as has been the case off-late, with fans getting to see the new cars in action for the first time on TV and F1’s OTT platform.
After the three day test concluded, Williams’ Carlos Sainz set the fastest time across the three days with a time of 1m29.348s on the C3 compound. He led Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton (1m29.379s, C3) and his teammate Charles Leclerc (1m29.431s, C3) in the Top 3.
Sainz also led Day 2 of testing, with McLaren’s Lando Norris on top on Day 1 and Mercedes’ George Russell doing it so on Day 3. All of the 20 F1 drivers to compete in 2025 had three days under their belt, which saw no major incidents to cut short running.
Among the teams, it was Mercedes on top with most number of laps followed by Haas and Visa Cash App RB, with Red Bull surprisingly being the team to complete the least number of laps. Sauber and Aston Martin joined the former champion in the lower rug of the field.
On the drivers’ end, Esteban Ocon led the way with most number of laps completed, followed by Isack Hadjar and George Russell. The bottom list saw Lance Stroll dead last after missing much of Day 3. He had Liam Lawson and Max Verstappen to accompany him.
