MOTORLAND ARAGÓN – Max Defourny finished as the fastest of today’s practice sessions at Motorland Aragón. The Belgian managed to set a lap faster than the strong JKR drivers.
Max Deforuny (R-ace GP) must be happy with today’s pace at Motorland Aragon. The young Belgian, showed the determination that needed to have to set the fastest lap of the day, and the dominance of practice 2 as well.
Second practice was all about set laps and laps and laps, in order to see the real pace of everybody for Race 2 that will be held tomorrow afternoon.
Anyway, the drivers had a final 15 minutes to put new tyres in order to improve practice 2 times. Defourny set the fastest time in front of rookie Lando Norris (Josef Kaufmann Racing) and fastest in practice 1, Jehan Daruvala (Josef Kaufmann Racing).
For tomorrow’s races, it’s expected to watch a great battle between Daruvala, Norris, Defourny and AVF driver Harrison Scott. But there’s a mid-pack drivers that also may aim for top places like Dorian Boccolacci (Tech 1 Racing), Robert Shwartzman (Josef Kaufmann Racing), Gabriel Aubry (Tech 1 Racing), Henrique Chaves (AVF), Will Palmer (R-ace GP) and Ferdinand Habsburg (Fortec Motorsports).
