Technological Evolution
New Chassis: Dallara 326
The category will debut the Dallara 326 (D326), a new benchmark in junior single-seaters. Structurally based on the successful Dallara 320, the D326 features aerodynamic upgrades and tailored adaptations for the new power unit, while upholding the highest FIA safety standards (Survival Cell, FIS, RIS, titanium Halo, etc.). This evolution represents a turning point for Eurocup-3, reinforcing its commitment to safety, efficiency, and preparation for higher-level categories.
New Engine: Toyota TGE33 1.6 Turbo by TOM’S, Maintained by ENGISER 101
At the heart of the new car lies the Toyota TGE33 1.6-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine, prepared by TOM’S, the renowned Japanese engineering firm with over four decades of success in Super Formula, Super GT, and other major international championships. The partnership ensures:
- Engine specification focused on maximum energy efficiency and reliability
- Direct technology transfer from Toyota factory programs
- Ongoing technical support and hardware updates
Trackside maintenance will be managed by ENGISER 101, ensuring specialized, consistent service for all teams under strict cost and performance control.
Top-Tier Transmission and Electronics
- HEWLAND gearbox – a historic benchmark in single-seater racing
- ZF-SACHS clutch – for durability and instant response
- COSWORTH ECU and steering wheel, fully integrated with the new Electronic Marshalling system, enabling Race Direction commands to be displayed in real time
Ongoing Technical Partners
Eurocup-3 continues to rely on top-tier suppliers, essential to the championship’s success. Their role will expand in 2026 with the introduction of the new technical package:
- HANKOOK– Exclusive tyre supplier, developing a specific compound for the Dallara E3-26 / Toyota TGE33, offering greater consistency in long runs and a wider operating window across varying climates
- PFC BRAKES– Braking systems and discs. A new brake pad and ventilated disc package will be introduced, optimized for the D326’s increased aerodynamic load, while preserving the characteristic initial bite and fade resistance teams demand
- RAVENOL– Official lubricants. Supplying engine and gearbox oils formulated for turbo downsized engines and Hewland transmission tolerances, aligned with the championship’s sustainability goals
- ETS RACING FUEL– Eco-friendly fuel with high renewable content, supporting the TGE33’s energy efficiency focus
