MOTORLAND ARAGÓN – Tom Dillmann took pole position for second race in Formula V8 3.5 in Motorland Aragón. Frenchman imposed thanks to an unbeatable first sector. Panis and Delétraz complete a french TOP3.
Cold day in MotorLand Aragón in where famous “cierzo” of the region brang good weather, reducing temperature. This did not benefit anyone in particular but seems like LOTUS did not fit well with it.
A qualifying session in which Beitske Visser (Teo Martín Motorsport) started leading in first minutes, before four favorites in title, Dillmann (AVF), Vaxivière (SMP Racing), Delétraz (Fortec Motorsports) and Orudhev (Arden Motorsport) would fight and change positions until half session.
Before of this, Orudzhev and Delétraz demonstrated level increment in the category, despite only fifteen cars on track.
For surprise and last-moment, Aurélien Panis (Tech 1 Racing) would achieve second place, finishing in front of Delétraz, Orudzhev and Vaxivière.
Race will take place today at 1:40 pm local time.
