Jake Dennis (Prema Powerteam) won today the first race of the FIA F3 in Portimao. Albon finished second, and Rosenqvist third, closing the gap with Giovinazzi on the Championship to 6.5 points.
Jake Dennis led all the race, showing us that he is really strong in this track. After him, finished Alexander Albon, who started fifth and won 3 places. Third was Felix Rosenqvist, with a fantastic race starting from seventh place. With that, he closes the gap with Giovinazzi, who finished ninth after a bad race. The gap between them is only 6.5 points.
Fourth and fifth were Stroll And Pommer, followed by Leclerc, who close the gap with Giovinazzi to 23 points.
At the last laps, Cassidy and Ilott were fighting with Menezes for the 15th place when he made contact at turn one. The Prema Powerteam driver was unable to continue because of the damages of his car.
