Carson Brown, a promising driver of only 18 years, debuts this Saturday in the NASCAR O’Reilly Series with the No. 32 car of Jordan Anderson Racing at Iowa Speedway. Currently, Brown leads the standings of the ASA STARS National Super Late Model Tour with four wins and two second places in six races this season with Anthony Campi Racing. Additionally, he has achieved success in ARCA and Trans-Am, and has been competing at a high level in the CARS Late Model Stock Tour with the Lee Pulliam Performance team.
Recently, Brown completed acclimatization laps with the NOAPS car at North Wilkesboro, preparing for this pivotal moment in his career.
In an interview, Brown expressed that this experience has been very different and that the pressure of brakes and the moment of torque pose a new challenge for him. ‘It was my first time on the new asphalt of North Wilkesboro, and it was great to drive it. I have competed on the old pavement, which not everyone can experience’, he commented.
Brown will also participate in the ARCA race on Friday as preparation for his debut.
