The FormulaRapida.net driver David Beckmann took the pole position for Race 1 in the FIA Formula 3 European championship at Hockenheimring.
The rookie David Beckmann (kfzteile24 Mücke Motorsport) took the pole position for Race 1. The German driver beat the champion Lance Stroll (Prema Powerteam) by 0.012 seconds.
Beckmann lap was done really in the last minute, and it was enough for the youngest driver in the field to take the pole position.
His compatriot, Maximilian Günther (Prema Powerteam) will start third. It could has been a great session for Prema because Cassidy finished fifth, while rookie Aron was sixth.
Between the Italian cars finished Jake Hughes (Carlin). The Van Amersfoort Racing drivers, Anthoine Hubert and Callum Ilott were seventh and eighth, while Lando Norris (Carlin) and Joel Eriksson (Motopark) completes the top10.
