Enea Bastianini, Italian rider with seven Grand Prix victories, will begin a new chapter in the 2027 MotoGP season as a member of Aprilia’s satellite team, Trackhouse. This decision was made public on Monday, when Tech3 KTM announced that Bastianini would be leaving the team at the end of the year.
Trackhouse has confirmed that Bastianini has signed a two-year contract to take the place of Ai Ogura, who will join the factory Yamaha team along with 2024 champion Jorge Martín. This change completes Trackhouse’s lineup for the new era of MotoGP that starts with 850cc engines.

During this period, he established himself as KTM’s second-best rider, despite being far from his teammate Pedro Acosta. Signing with Trackhouse is seen as a great opportunity for Bastianini, who will bring a winning mentality to the team in the new MotoGP era.
