Brando Badoer achieved victory in the featured FIA Formula 3 race held in Monaco, thanks to a solid and controlled performance.

In an exciting start, Badoer overtook poleman Theophile Nael, with Freddie Slater completing the podium. As the race progressed, Nael held onto second place but could not cope with the pressure from the Rodin Motorsport driver.

The competition required the intervention of the safety car after Tuukka Taponen from MP Motorsport collided with the wall at Rascasse, forcing the race to be neutralized for two laps.

At the restart, Badoer showcased his speed again, opening a gap of 1.2 seconds over Nael in just thirteen laps. Slater lost touch with the top two, while Ugo Ugochukwu pressed from behind.

In a battle in the mid-pack, Yevan David from AIX Racing and Christian Ho from Rodin Motorsport put on an interesting duel, with David managing to regain his position after a brilliant maneuver at Rascasse.

Meanwhile, his teammate Fernando Barichello had to retire from the circuit with seven laps to go after crashing into the wall at Tabac.

With two laps remaining, the safety car appeared again due to the stopped Nicola Lacorte from DAMS. Despite the yellow flags, Nael tried to close the gap with Badoer, but it was not enough as the Italian crossed the finish line as the winner.

Slater completed the podium, while Ugochukwu and Ernesto Rivera secured fourth and fifth positions respectively.
