Aurélien Panis (ART Junior Team), son of ex-F1 driver Olivier Panis finish first in Saturday’s race Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup. His compatriot Andrea Pizzitola (Manor MP Motorsport) take second position and British driver Matt Parry (Fortec Motorsports) finish third and it was his first podium in the series.

On the start Andrea Pizzitola overtake Anthoine Hubert for the second position. Egor Orudzhev passing position of Lewin Amweg. Leader of the Championship Nyck de Vries goes into pit after 1 lap, and it was out for him. He had tyre puncture.
Soon car №1 was under investigation of stewards, and Anthoine Hubert gives 10s time penalty for the jump start. Jack Aitken (Fortec Motorsports) retires from the race.
In the middle of the race was battle between Kevin Jorg (Josef Kaufmann Racing) and Matevos Isaakyan (JD Motorsport) for 8 place. Russian driver could not made attack on Swiss until the finish of the race.
Considering time-penalty to Hubert, his position on the finish is only 10th, behind Kevin Jorg, Matevos Isaakyan and Dennis Olsen (Prema Powerteam).
Panis comfortable led the full race and won, second position took Andrea Pizzitola and third after penalty of Hubert gives Matt Parry.
No points in this race for both leaders of the Championship – Nyck de Vries and Bruno Bonifacio.
