Alpine Racing has revealed a special Indiana Jones-inspired F1 US GP livery and race suits, as they collaborate with the movie’s game on Xbox.
BWT Alpine Formula One Team, in collaboration with Official Partner Xbox, will celebrate the return of legendary adventurer Indiana Jones with a bold, special edition livery at the United States Grand Prix in Austin. The legendary archaeologist is back in the new first-person, cinematic action-adventure game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, published by Bethesda Softworks and developed by MachineGames in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. Players will travel the world as Indiana Jones in an all-new story full of whip-cracking action and intriguing puzzles.
The team will celebrate the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle upcoming release with a new look including a one-off car livery and themed driver race suits. The A524 will don a sunset orange design, inspired by the iconic franchise logo with details including an ancient map and red travel routes as showcased in the film series with the title of the game emblazoned on the vehicle. Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly will live up to their roles during the race weekend in Austin, Texas, wearing special edition race overalls. These have been designed to showcase Indy’s globetrotting adventures and include a world map with golden notes on the race suit.
In the build up to the United States Grand Prix, BWT Alpine Formula One Team and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle have toured historic landmarks across the country. Starting in California, a mysterious artefact has traversed the USA to the Circuit of the Americas in Texas on a flatbed truck through Las Vegas, the Bonneville Salt Flats, Monument Valley, and more before reaching the track in time for the race weekend.
The United States Grand Prix kicks off on Friday, 18 October with Free Practice and Sprint Qualifying before the Sprint Race and Qualifying on Saturday, 19 October and the 56-lap race on Sunday, 20 October at 14:00 CT / 15:00 ET / 21:00 CEST. Oliver Oakes, BWT Alpine Formula One Team, Team Principal: “Working with the Xbox team to bring alive the incredible Indiana Jones and the Great Circle livery for the United States Grand Prix has been fantastic. The new look will be right at home in the Austin setting this weekend. In the past year, our partnership with Xbox has reached new heights and this is our biggest activation yet. There’s even more to come and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on a copy of the game when it comes out.”
In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, players step into the boots of the iconic adventurer, Indiana Jones, in a first-person, single-player adventure set between the events of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade to uncover one of history’s greatest mysteries. The year is 1937, sinister forces are scouring the globe for the secret to an ancient power connected to the Great Circle, and only one person can beat them to it – Indiana Jones. Blending cinematic set-pieces, puzzle-solving, and hand-to-hand combat, players will embark on an authentic Indiana Jones experience around the world to try and defeat the sinister forces working against them. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be available on Xbox Series X|S consoles, PC and Game Pass on December 9 and launches in Spring 2025 on PlayStation 5.
