Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso has been captured on camera while driving his exclusive Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 through the streets of Monaco. This hybrid model, limited to only 63 units, represents one of the latest additions to his unique garage.
A brief video circulating on social media shows the dark blue Lamborghini stopping behind a scooter at a pedestrian crossing. Although the image does not clearly identify the driver, the license plate bearing his race number, 14, confirms his ownership.
The Sian FKP 37, first presented at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show, marked Lamborghini’s entry into hybrid technology. This model uses supercapacitors instead of conventional batteries, ensuring immediate delivery of electrical power while maintaining a minimal total weight. With a combined power output of 819 HP, the Sian can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and achieve a top speed of over 355 km/h.
The limited production includes 63 coupés and 19 roadsters, all sold before their official unveiling. Each unit has been customized through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam studio, ensuring that no two vehicles are alike. The initial price of the Sian was 3.3 million euros, but second-hand units have appreciated significantly, with offers exceeding $5.9 million.
Alonso’s vehicle collection is impressive, valued at around £32 million, including models like a Pagani Zonda Roadster Diamante Verde and an Aston Martin DBX S, among others. The Sian adds to his selection, which spans from rally cars to renowned supercars like the Ferrari F40.
