Following the result of GP3 Silverstone Race 2; stewards have issued Trident’s Giuliano Alesi with a three place grid penalty after colliding with DAMS’ driver Jake Hughes. The stewards said that the Frenchman braked too late at Turn 15 resulting in a collision with the Brit.
This penalty will be applied after qualifying in Budapest.
