A new chapter for the Sprint Car legend, Brad Sweet

Brad Sweet, a prominent name in the world of Sprint Cars, is preparing to start a new episode in his career. In anticipation of the imminent celebration of a High Limit Racing event, an organization he co-founded with Kyle Larson and FloSports, Sweet will not be present at the competition for the first time, a moment that promises to be emotional.

Sweet, who has accumulated five titles in the World of Outlaws and was the inaugural champion of High Limit, decided to retire from full-time competition at the end of last year. This decision will allow him to spend more time with his family and focus on managing High Limit Racing, a decision that arose from various personal and professional reflections.

The veteran 40-year-old driver has shared that, although he had planned to compete until he was 40, circumstances have changed. Factors such as health, with the injuries he sustained in an accident during the Kings Royal, have influenced his decision. Additionally, his daughter is growing, which has made him want to be more present at home.

With a reduced competition schedule, Sweet will be able to choose the races he wants to participate in, with a total of between 20 and 30 races scheduled in Sprint Cars 410 during this year. With this approach, he hopes to extend his career at a pace that allows him to balance family life and his new responsibilities as a promoter.

Sweet has emphasized the importance of enhancing the spectator experience at dirt track races, with a wide range of goals to boost his new phase at High Limit. This approach includes improving facilities, expanding broadcasting rights, and giving special attention to fan interaction.

With all these changes, Sweet is determined to make High Limit Racing a model in motorsport competitions, hoping that this new chapter is filled with success both on the sporting and commercial fronts.
