9 of the 13 participants are newcomers to the category, but between these two there are 13 participants who have mastered all the pre-season test session of the first day in St Petersburg. This is the team with Max Chilton Carlin and Ed Jones. Chilton has dominated the entire first session but finally was Jones who has taken the best time.
