Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 Qualification as usual was divided into two groups A and B. In group A was such a drivers as Hubert (Tech 1 Racing), O’Keeffe, (ART Junior Team), championship leader, Nyck de Vries (Koiranen GP), and young talent from Russia, Matevos Isaakyan (JD Motorsport).

In group B attention to Orudzhev (Tech 1 Racing), who was leader yesterday during the second free practice, Panis (ART Junior Team) and Jörg (Josef Kaufmann Racing).

 

In the beginning qualifying group A long time keep leadership Alexander Albon (KTR). Nyck de Vries were very faster at the first sector, and as a result overcame the level of 1:33 time.

 

On the last minutes of qualifying, Callan O’Keeffe got third time, but Swiss driver of ART Junior Team Levin Amweg immediately exceeded this time, leaving his opponent in fourth position.

 

Finally on his last effort set’s first time French Anthoine Hubert – 1:32.388. Nyck de Vries is behind and could not improve. Isaakyan stayed at 5th place in group.

 

After spectacular Qualifying group A, on the track came group B. Auriliene Panis take the lead on first minutes of qualifying, but Kevin Jorg did more presser on french with first time 1:32.527. George Russell (Koiranen GP) up to 3d position and Ryan Tveter (Josef Kaufmann Racing) up to fourth. After, two french drivers; Aurélien Panis and Andrea Pizzitola change each other on the first place. By the way, Panis improve and improve his best time. On the finish Egor Orudzhev take second place and Pizzitola third.

 

Thus Aurélien Panis took pole, and his group B will be distributed in odd places on starting grid. Showed the best time in group A Anthoine Hubert will start second.
