Marcus Armstrong set the quickest lap time in ADAC Formel 4 at Oschersleben, Germany during the practice session. The Ferrari junior finished ahead of Fabio Scherer and Felipe Drugovich.

German driver Julian Hanses (19, US Racing) posted best time in the first ADAC Formula 4 practice session at Oschersleben. The 19-year-old posted the fastest lap time of 1:24.723 minutes this Friday morning, followed by Felipe Drugovich (17, Brazil, Van Amersfoort Racing) and Kami Laliberté (17, Canada, Van Amersfoort Racing).

A different track configuration is in use this weekend at Oschersleben. The first turn is now much faster following the change.

Juri Vips (16, Estonia, Prema Powerteam), who leads the overall standings in the run-up to the fourth ADAC Formula 4 race weekend in the Motorsport Arena, finished fourth. Frederick Vesti (15, Denmark, Van Amersfoort Racing), Lirim Zendeli (17, Germany, ADAC Berlin Brandenburg), Sophia Flörsch (16, Germany, ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg eV), Nicklas Nielsen (20, Denmark, US Racing ), Marcus Armstrong (16, New Zealand, Prema Powerteam) and Fabio Scherer (18, Switzerland, US Racing) completed the Top Ten.

Charles Weerts (16, Belgium, Motopark) was the best rookie in P20. Oliver Caldwell (15, UK, ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg eV), who normally contests the British Formula 4, finished his first ADAC Formula 4 practice session in P24.

Marcus Armstrong (16, New Zealand, Prema Powerteam) saw off the competition in the second ADAC Formula 4 practice session at Oschersleben. The 16-year-old, who took his maiden win in the ADAC’s high-speed school last time out at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria, posted the fastest lap time of 1:24.702 minutes, beating the best time of 1:24.723 set by Julian Hanses (19, Germany, US Racing) in the first session this Friday morning.

Fabio Scherer (18, Switzerland, US Racing), Felipe Drugovich (17, Brazil, Van Amersfoort Racing) and Hanses followed Armstrong home. Jonathan Aberdein (19, South Africa), driving for Oschersleben-based Team Motopark, Kami Laliberté (17, Canada, Van Amersfoort Racing), Juan Manuel Correa (17, USA/Ecuador, Prema Powerteam), Nicklas Nielsen (20, Denmark, US Racing ), championship leader Juri Vips (16, Estonia, Prema Powerteam) and David Malukas (15, USA, Motopark) completed the Top Ten.

Belgian driver Charles Weerts (16, Belgium, Motopark) finished the second session in P19 and was again best rookie.
