Alpine showcases special one-off livery for F1 Las Vegas GP after announcing a partnership under the name ‘Palace Kappa for Alpine’.

Alpine today announces PALACE KAPPA FOR ALPINE – an innovative collaboration with Palace to introduce a contemporary new design and a collection produced by Kappa. This exciting collaboration with skate and streetwear brand Palace and Italian sportswear brand Kappa includes:

A one-off and unique Palace designed A523 car livery specially created for the Las Vegas Grand Prix. The official suits for BWT Alpine F1 Team drivers Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon as well as the BWT Alpine F1 Team kit, worn in Las Vegas.

An apparel capsule collection available exclusively at a pop-up in Las Vegas at the Venetian shop launching on Thursday 16th November and globally at Palace from Friday 17th November.

  • Palace’s instantly recognisable ‘Tri-ferg’ logo and Palace Kappa logo lock-up feature across the collection. The capsule includes 10 key pieces: A pit jacket, rain jacket, body warmers and pit shorts, tracksuits and tech polos appear in two colour waves – in black & blue with pink triferg colour wave and in beige & stone with blue triferg colour wave.
  • Whilst classic Palace staples such as a hoodie and T-shirt come in all black, blue, tan & pink, all featuring the brand’s logo.
  • The capsule is rounded off with two exclusive 9FIFTY curved brim driver caps in matching colour waves by New Era – Official Headwear License Partner of BWT Alpine F1 Team.

Alongside the collection launch is a hero campaign led by a high-octane film from director Femi Ladi, following a Formula 1 driver as he wakes in a Las Vegas hotel room and rushes for the starting grid of the Vegas Grand Prix. The film features cameos from Palace riders Charlie Birch, Danny Brady, Kanin Garner, Jahmir Brown and Charlie Young.

Palace says: “We are so hyped to be kitting out BWT Alpine F1 Team’s car, drivers and pit crew for the Las Vegas Grand Prix: a street race at night in one of the most mental and beautiful places on Earth.”

David Gendry, VP, Alpine Sponsoring, Partnerships and Communications says: “We are super excited to unveil this unique collaboration with iconic brand Palace together with our partner Kappa. It was a first for Alpine to work on such a co-project where trendy fashion meets sports brands so perfectly. The creative process and exchanges these past few months have been incredible and it is with great pride that we unveil a unique livery for the A523, inspired by the desert that surrounds Las Vegas. The team will also proudly wear the Palace Kappa for Alpine team kit this weekend.”

Lorenzo Boglione, Vice President of BasicNet Group says: “We are very proud to reveal this collaboration born from the union of two very important partners for us: Alpine, of which we have been the technical sponsor since the beginning of 2022, and Palace, which joins Kappa for the second time in just two years. The result is a fusion of sport and street style, celebrating the very DNA of our brand and our respective partners, creating a connection between two worlds that increasingly blend with each other.”
