Haas can freely move its cars and equipment out of Netherlands to Italy for F1 Italian GP, after sorting out with Uralkali.
Uralkali –
Uralkali confirms that we have received in full the payment owed by Haas (including interest and fees) following the ruling of the Swiss court of arbitration. We have also collected the race car owed to us under the terms of the sponsorship agreement. As such, Uralkali has notified Dutch authorities that they may release Haas’ assets from arrest as an interim measure, and Haas is free to take them out of the Netherlands.
The money returned to Uralkali by the Swiss arbitration and transferred to us by Haas will be used to increase our capacity to ensure stable food supply. As one of the top 5 fertilizer producers in the world, Uralkali plays a meaningful role in growing food that feeds people in approximately 70 countries from the United States to Uganda. The fruits and vegetables on your table today, the grain used for your bread, the feed to supply your meat and poultry — all of these may well have been grown with the help of our fertilizers.

Uralkali have now confirmed receipt of last Friday’s financial transfer and therefore our trucks have been given clearance to depart The Netherlands and make their way to Italy immediately.
