Koiranen GP driver set the fastest time in front of Fortec Motorsports drivers, Jack Aitken and Charles Leclerc
Nyck de Vries set the quickest lap time of 1:50.016 at Monza in the first session of Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS free practice. Behind him British youngster Jack Aitken (Fortec Motorsports), paid less than four tenths of second, in front of his team mate Charles Leclerc.
On his home track Alessio Rovera finished fourth for Cram Motorsport. Briton Ben Barnicoat (Fortec Motorsports) rounded out the top-5. Russian Matevos Isaakyan (JD Motorsport), who was the race winner at the Red Bull Ring track, ended sixth.
