The new calendar of the WSK Super Master Series is already known. After having raced one of the four races in Adria, the weekend of February 4, came the weekend of the second round of the championship in Lonato. The bad weather, but, avoided that this one could be disputed.
The snow marked the days before the weekend and from Wednesday many teams decided to leave home, even without confirming that the event was canceled. Even drivers such as Ralf Schumacher’s son returned to his country despite the fact that his team kept the facilities assembled.
Finally, the organization decided to suspend the race weekend. Now they have announced the new date. It will be the weekend of March 29 to April 1, after which it was to be the third round of the championship in La Conca, scheduled for March 18.
Not only is the date known, also there will be a change of Circuit. It will not be in the Lonato circuit but will be held in the Sarno circuit. The last race is also held in Sarno, the following weekend. With this movement, the teams save on trips, since they will already be installed in the Circuit.
The scoring systems will be the same as if the race had been in Lonato. The winners of each category will add 11 points in the qualifiers, 40 in the pre-final and 60 in the final. The teams also will not have to repeat their suscription.
