Sho Tsuboi has been the quickest in the qualifying session of Japanese Formula 3 at Suzuka.

Ritomo Miyata (Kuo Tom’s) set the pole position for Race 1 with a lap time of 1:51.700, the Japanese beat by one tenth his team mate Sho Tsuboi.

Sena Sakaguchi (Toda FIghtex) was third but he finished 7 tenths behind the Toyota’s. Behind him Shunsuke Kohno was fourth ahead of Ukyo Sasahara (Threebond).

Top10 is completed by Yu Kanamaru (B-Max Racing), Yoshiaki Katayama (YTB), Bruno Carneiro (B-Max Rodiziogrill), Toshiki Oyu (Toda Fightex) and Ai Miura (Exedy B-Max).

Positions changed for the qualifying of Race 2, this time was Tsuboi who set the pole position with a lap time of 1:51.978, 3 tenths quicker than Miyata.

Sakaguchi was third once again, followed by Sasahara, Katayama, Kanamaru, Shunsuke Kohno (HubAuto), Carneiro, Oyu and Miura.
