Red Bull Racing team have announced that their car for 2017 season, RB13, will be revealed the 26th of February, one day before pre-season starts.
The previous day to the beginning of pre-season testing at Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit, The car with which Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen will try to dethrone Mercedes will be discovered. RB13 is, due to the new technical and aerodynamical rules, expected to be fighting for the championship, but that’s still nothing else than speculation.
As usual, the ‘Energy Drink’ team is one of the latest ones to reveal their car, that’s beacause they always keep working in car’s developement until the last day. Scuderia Toro Rosso, Red Bull’s “subsidiary” team, are also set to reveal their car the 26th of February.
Last year, Red Bull were the only team able to beat Mercedes at some tracks and, they actually were the only ones apart from the ‘Silver Arrows’ that won races. Those results allowed the Austrian team to score 468 that made them finish second in Constructors’ World Championship.
