Julian Hanses got pole position for the first ADAC F4 race of the week-end at the Sachsenring.

Julian Hanses (US Racing) got pole position for the first race this week-end after a hectic qualifying session interrupted twice by red flags caused by championship leader Juri Vips (Prema) and Lirim Zendeli (ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg). With a 1:17.942, he is 0.151s ahead of Marcus Armstrong (Prema).

A trio of US Racing followed with Fabio Scherer, Nicklas Nielsen and Kim Luis Schrmann. Sophia Flörsch (ADAC Berlin-Brandenburg) concluded the session with a convincing 6th place, 5 tenths away from the fastest time. Felipe Drugovich (Van Amersfoort Racing) suffered in the session and only set the 7th fastest time.

Frederik Vesti (Van Amersfoort Racing) ended in 8th place ahead of Juri Vips despite missing half of the session following his off moment in S2. Andreas Estner completed the top 10 for Neuhauser Racing.
