FIM and Dorna released a provisional 19-race calendar for the 2019 MotoGP season with Finland officially postponed.
The 2019 season will start at the usual venue at Losail International Circuit in Qatar during the March 8-10 weekend followed by the two American races in Argentina and USA in March and April.
The European leg will then kick-start at Jerez in Spain during the May 3-5 weekend and will culminate in at Motorland Aragon during September 20-22 weekend. The Thai GP at Chang International starts the Asian leg including Australia during October 4-6 weekend.
The season will end at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia during the November 15-17 weekend. The calendar doesn’t feature the new-to-be built KymiRing circuit in Finland which was provisionally announced for a 2019 start but has since been deferred to 2020.
A race in Mexico was also discussed on the Formula 1 circuit as a replacement to Finland, but it seems like the decision has been dropped for the 2019 season at least.
