After the yesterday’s dominance from the Movistar Yamaha’s, Marc Márquez was the fastest. Today Jorge Lorenzo led the timesheet of this second day of testing of the MotoGP pre-season in Sepang International circuit. Dovizioso finished on second place and third was the champion, Marc Márquez.

The Yamaha’s riders today had concentrate on the new components using a used tyres, but this hasn’t impeded to Jorge Lorenzo led the whole session. His teammate, Valentino Rossi was 7 tenths slower than the Majorcan rider, taking the sixth place, but we can see already that the Yamaha’s did a big step on his performance.

But who also did a step up is the other Japanese manufacture, Honda. The Repsol Honda Team has ride with such as different chassis. Marc Márquez test two chassis during the day and this helps him to finish on third place. Meanwhile, Dani Pedrosa has test up to three mounts only this morning. The Catalan rider, showed a consistent pace yesterday and today finished on fourth place, only one tenth behind Márquez.

Pol Espargaró was the fastest satellite motorbike with his Yamaha Tech3. The Catalan rider test two different motorbikes setting during the day, but he didn’t decide for any of them.

Ducati also showed a big step from 2014 like Yamaha did. Andrea Dovizioso today was second, as his teammate Andrea Iannone was fifth, in front of his compatriot Valentino Rossi.

The new manufactures, Suzuki and Aprilia still with his reliability problems. Suzuki needs to improve on his engine power, but anyway the rookie rider for Nippon squad, Maverick Viñales, was the fastest new-coming guys today. In Aprilia with Marco Melandri and Álvaro Bautista the electronic problems continues.
