After his problems in the first practice session, René Binder was the fastest of the second session ahead of Nissany and Fittipaldi.
René Binder (Lotus) was the fastest of the second free-practice session with a 1’42’’441 best lap time. He was ahead of Roy Nissany (RP Motorsport) and his teammate Pietro Fittipaldi who was 8 tenths a drift.
Damiano Fioravanti (RP Motorsport) ended 4th ahead of Alfonso Celis Jr (Fortec Motorsport). Yu Kanamaru (RP Motorsport) was 6th more than 2 seconds away from the leader. Konstantin Tereschenko (Teo Martin) was ahead of Diego Menchaca (Fortec Motorsport) and Matevos Isaakyan (SMP by AVF).
Egor Orudzhev (SMP by AVF), despite being the fastest of the first session, closed the top 10 ahead of Giuseppe Cipriani (Il Barone Rampante). Nelson Mason (Teo Martin) did not enter the session.
