Yet another name for the 2015 Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS season, which will foresee the young driver Denis Bulatov. The Russian, who turned 16 last October, will race for SMP Racing with GSK Grand Prix team.

After having debuted in singleseater in 2014, Bulatov is ready for an important step forward for his career, joining al seven double venues of the 2 liters series managed by Fast Lane Promotion.

«I’ve been positively impressed by Denis, who notwithstanding his young age proved consistent. – was Sergio Cane, GSK Grand Prix Team Principal comment – After a succesfull past in karting, in last year French F.4 championship, he scored two wins and achieved several podium finishes. We had to chance to know him well during last Winter tests, when he showed at ease in the car scoring impressive times. Our expectations for him are high».

Bulatov lapped with the Italian team just before Christmas in eight different days in Spa-Francorchamps, Red Bull Ring, Jerez and Motorland Aragón. Last year he joined further testing sessions held in Mugello and Monza (6 days overall).

This is the second driver announced by GSK Grand Prix, after having renewed the partnership with the 21 y/o Italian Daniele Cazzaniga. The shakedown to prepare for the Imola venue will be held on the Italian circuit of San Martino del Lago, near Cremona.
