Charles Leclerc is still unbeatable in qualifying this year. He’s set the fastest time in all qualifying sessions of the 2017 season. Sergio Sette-Câmara and Antonio Fuoco completed the top 3 today.

With dark clouds threatening to spray the track with some rain, Leclerc had some issues to get out of the pit lane. Nevertheless, this didn’t affect him and he set the fastest time after the first attempt. Sette-Câmara, Fuoco, Albon and Rowland completed the top 5. All drivers went back to the pits and Marciello improved to P12 being the only one on track for a while.

Albon and Matsushita improved Leclerc‘s time, but Sette-Câmara went up to the top. His privileged position wouldn’t last long, as Leclerc improved the Brazilian’s time by more than 3 tenths. No one could beat Leclerc and he got his fifth pole of the season. Sette-Câmara, who got stuck in the gravel in the last minute of the session, was 2nd ahead of Fuoco. Albon, Rowland, Matsushita, De Vries, Ghiotto, Latifi and Nato completed the top 10.
